Campbell Contracts have developed and are currently implementing a quality management system, for which we intend to seek accreditation to ISO 9001 in the next twelve months. Please find below a copy of our quality policy statement.

QUALITY POLICY STATEMENT

It is the policy of Campbell Contracts Limited to provide products and services that fully and consistently meet the needs of our customers, delivered through operations which ensure the health and safety of the workforce and public without damage to the environment.

The Company therefore operates a management system which meets the appropriate national standards on quality, health and safety and the environment, as well as complying with all regulatory requirements. Elements of the management system related to quality comply with BS EN ISO 9001:2000. The management system incorporates processes for the measurement, monitoring and review of performance in attaining quality objectives, using appropriate indicators.

The management system is documented so that it can be interpreted consistently, readily communicated and can be continuously improved through audit, review and preventative action. It includes processes for obtaining and responding to feedback from Clients and from people working in the Company and also for addressing quality management issues associated with the appointment and control of our suppliers/sub contractors.

The objectives and requirements are communicated to and understood by all employees. Everyone is expected to work to the Company procedures and to identify any areas where practice and to identify any areas where practice can be improved. In addition, outcomes from the Management Reviews on Company operation and performance are communicated and actioned where appropriate, thereby contributing to the continuing development and growth of the Company.
