In August 2004, the Campbell Quinn JV, backed by a strong team of highly qualified design consultants, Bullen Consultants, were one of four contracting entities successfully appointed to the NI Framework for New and Replacement Watermains.

This is initially a two year contract and covers Water Service's Northern and Western Divisions, supervised by the Water Procurement Section in Altnagelvin.
